Airport Break Shuttle Registration

Please fill out this entire form if you would like transportation to the Richmond International Airport. There will be a $20 fee for each trip. The fee will be charged to your Spider Card. Please select date you wish to leave campus.

  • Transportation is to and from the Richmond International Airport.
  • All airport shuttles departing from campus will be scheduled every other hour between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
  • All airport shuttles returning to campus will be scheduled every other hour between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
  • For returning flights, the shuttle will be located outside of baggage claim, in the outer row commercial vehicle/bus lane.
  • Transportation fee is $20.00 for each transport.
  • Refunds may only be issued up to 2 days before the date of departure.

By submitting this form you are authorizing the Transportation Office to charge your Spidercard for the transportation fee ($20 one way/ $40 round trip). Your Spidercard will not be charged unless there will be a spot for you on the shuttle. You will receive a confirmation email and boarding pass once your request has been processed. Please be sure to have Spidercard funds available before submitting this form.

Please note that the time you select is subject to change. We will send you an email, confirming your shuttle reservation. In order to board the shuttle, you will need to present the boarding pass sent to you as well as your UR ID card. Passengers will not be permitted to ride on the shuttle without the boarding pass.
