Hybrid Vehicle Parking
Parking Services provides reserved hybrid parking spaces to faculty, staff and commuter students who drive a hybrid vehicle to campus. The vehicle must display a current University of Richmond parking permit and a hybrid designation by the manufacturer on the exterior surface of the vehicle.
Those utilizing hybrid spaces may only use spaces located in their assigned lots. Students may not use hybrid spaces in faculty/staff sections, and vice versa. If all hybrid spaces are full, vehicles must be parked legally in non-reserved spaces in the vehicle's assigned parking lot.
Reserved hybrid parking spaces will be added or removed as needed. If you would like to request a hybrid spot in a specific lot, please contact us. Please note that we will only be able to create spaces with reasonable demand.
Non-hybrid vehicles will be subject to a Level 2 citation if found parked in a Hybrid space. Hybrid spaces are reserved 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for reserved hybrid vehicles.
