If you are developing travel plans for a campus department or organization and need assistance with determining your transportation options and cost, please complete and submit the form below. Submit only one transportation request per form. Forms should be submitted two (2) weeks in advance to ensure availability of driver and vehicle.
UR Transportation can assist with groups of 12 or less passengers. Transportation Services will respond within 2 business days of receiving the form.
