  • Parking Lots Closed on Gamedays

    Football

    Parking lots C61-C75 off College Road, and R42-R49 off Richmond Way, will be closed to all vehicles starting at 2 am on Saturday. Any vehicle found parked in the parking lots off College Road or Campus Drive after 2 am Saturday morning will be towed. Faculty/staff vehicles or vehicles not displaying a University of Richmond permit will be towed off campus. This regulation will be strictly enforced. Parking lots C61–C75 will reopen at 9 am on Sunday for vehicles with valid parking permit. Faculty/staff members without an official Athletic reserved parking pass must park in general parking areas inside the Main or Westhampton gate.

    Vehicles assigned to parking lot C61 (X-permit) must park in the unnumbered spaces closest to the dorms.

    Vehicles with a WW permit must be moved to lot U6 (C Pines) in the G/P permit rows by 2am, Saturday, on home football game days.

    Men’s Basketball

    The parking lots C61, C62, C66, C67, and C70 off College Road, will close two hours before the start of the men’s basketball game. Vehicles remaining in these lots will receive a Level 4 parking citation. Vehicles displaying a "X’ permit ONLY will be exempt from citations within their designated area of the parking lot. (see diagram). All other vehicles will be ticketed. The regulation also pertains to vehicles displaying a Student Athlete parking permit.

    Faculty and Staff vehicles not displaying a Spider Club parking pass may park in parking lots on the interior of the campus.

    Please do not ask RMC attendants where you should park as they are not employed by the University and are not aware of the parking regulations.

  • Visitor Parking

    Football

    General ticket holders will be allowed to park in the general parking area on campus. Parking lots off College Road, Richmond Way and Campus Drive are reserved parking and are only available to vehicles displaying the appropriate parking pass.

    Men’s Basketball

    General ticket holders will be allowed to park in the general parking area on campus. Parking lots off College Road are reserved parking and are only available to vehicles displaying the appropriate parking pass.

  • Resident Student Parking

    Football

    Parking lots C61 – C75 off College Road and R42 – R49 off Richmond Way will be reserved parking only, starting at 2am on home football game days. Student vehicles parked in these lots will receive a $100.00 citation and may be towed to a location on the Westhampton side of campus. Vehicles not displaying a current student parking permit will be towed off campus.

    Vehicles with an ‘X’ permit and assigned to lot C61 must park in the unnumbered spaces closest to the dorms.

  • Commuter Student Parking

    Football

    Vehicles displaying a ‘C’, ’G’, ‘J’, ‘L’ or ‘P’ permit will be allowed to park in parking areas inside the campus.

    Men’s Basketball

    Vehicles displaying a ‘C’, permit should park in parking lot W87.  After 5pm and on weekends ‘C’ permits can park in parking lots with a designation of ‘E’.

    Vehicles displaying a ‘G’, or ‘P’ permit may park in the commuter section of parking lot U6 or in parking lot W87. After 5pm and on weekends ‘G’ and ‘P’ permits may park in lots with the designation of ‘E’.

    Vehicles displaying a ’J’ or ’L’ permit only may remain in lot C70 after closing, but cannot enter the lot after closing. Be sure to watch for Spiderbytes and emails from Parking and Transportation concerning game day parking.

  • RVs and Buses

    RV and bus drivers must contact Athletics at (804) 289-8759 for information on RV and bus parking.
